Healthy Snack for Kids
If you have picky kids, or even if you don't, this is a great recipe to make, or have them help you make it. This strawberry banana smoothie is filled with fiber, nutrients, omega-3s and deliciousness.
3 frozen bananas
1-2 cups frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt (optional)
2-3 cups dairy-free milk
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
