Cooking Class & Health Lecture

Lectures can be done in a group or community setting. The topic of interest is up to you, and the time is split between the health lecture and the cooking demonstration. This includes handouts of the recipes being demonstrated and points from the health lecture.
I have given cooking classes and health lectures locally and abroad. From multiple states in the US, to Canada, Brazil, Honduras, Africa, and more. I have taught in Whole Foods, churches, communities, and personal in-home sessions.
