8 cups water
3 tablespoons vegan chicken seasoning powder
1 cup pasta
1 cup soy curls, or vegan chicken alternative of choice
1/2 onion, minced
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 potatoes, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt to taste
Sauté onion, garlic and olive oil on a medium heat until onions are translucent. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and let it remain boiling for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
